Bangladesh is now self-sufficient in food, under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Thus, any natural or man-made disaster can not weaken Bangladesh. Said Alhaj Morshed Alam, MP of Noakhali-2 constituency.

He said this while distributing relief among the flood victims of Senbagh in Noakhali district on Wednesday.

Millions of people of Noakhali have become flooded due to the increase in the water of Muhuri river in the rainy season. In this situation, local MP Alhaj Morshed Alam distributed relief to the people of Sangbagh from morning to evening.

Rice, pulses, potatoes, oil, and other daily necessities are delivered to the flood victims.

During this time, he said, the country is now self-sufficient in food under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. So Bangladesh is now fully capable of tackling natural disasters like flood and drought.

He also said that development in all areas of the country is now being developed. Therefore, in the coming elections, the voting for Boat will have to keep the development trend.
